My story
This work changed when life got real
I work with people who are struggling. And for a long time, I understood that from a professional distance. Then someone very close to me faced breast cancer.
I watched what that does — not just physically, but to a person's sense of safety, hope and identity. The way a diagnosis can stop everything in its tracks. The way fear takes up residence even in quiet moments.
That experience changed how I work, and who I show up as for my clients. It deepened something. It made the work more personal, more honest, and — I believe — more effective.
I don't just understand your situation intellectually. I understand what it costs. And I bring that understanding into every session.
